Salmon Imperial – grilled, au gratin with crab meat Imperial, on a bed of organic greens, asparagus, Belgian endive, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette 24

Shrimp Gladys – sautéed shrimp, topped with crabmeat imperial, served on sautéed spinach, with  angel hair pasta with marinara sauce 24
